Restylane® Injections

Restylane® is a cosmetic dermal filler treatment that restores fullness to the skin to minimize facial wrinkles and lines. Restylane is composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the human body. The hyaluronic acid in Restylane is a clear gel called NASHA™ or Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid.

Unlike rooster-derived hyaluronic acid injections and bovine collagen treatments, Restylane injections are free from animal proteins. This limits any risk of animal-based disease transmissions or development of allergic reactions to animal proteins.

Similar to BOTOX and others, Restylane is injected directly into the skin in tiny amounts by an ultrafine needle, resulting in minimal discomfort. The treatment is simple and the results are nearly instantaneous.
